Why do I need to contact you to buy?
I am a one woman band working out of a small studio in Cornwall - and you are purchasing a real handmade artwork, created with love by a real human being.
Each piece is packed with care and attention and some pieces will need special packaging ordered before I can ship.
By enquiring before you buy, I can better advise on shipping times and rates.
Smaller items will be sent out by Royal Mail, larger works will be sent via a courier.
I cannot be responsible for any delivery delays once artworks has been dispatched.
Can I collect from you in Cornwall?
If you are visiting Cornwall and would like to collect an artwork from me, please get in touch!
I need a refund on my purchase...
If a refund is required, please let me know within 14 days of delivery.
The item(s) must be returned at your own cost within 30 days after notifying me of return.
The item must be returned in it's original condition and undamaged.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
